Checklist for Virtual Tour Shoot
Please review and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and high-quality
virtual tour shoot of your property
Organisation & Presentation
- Your space should reflect the best version of itself.
- Kindly ensure the entire property is:
- Neatly arranged and clutter-free.
- Styled in a way that highlights key features and aesthetics.
- Presented exactly how you’d like potential customers or visitors to experience it online.
Cleanliness
- A clean space ensures a more professional-looking virtual experience.
- Please ensure that all furniture, fixtures, windows, glass surfaces, and floors are thoroughly cleaned.
- Remove fingerprints, smudges, and dust from reflective or high-gloss surfaces.
Doors & Access
- Open doors make the walkthrough feel seamless and welcoming.
- Keep all internal doors open during the shoot to showcase connectivity between spaces.
- If doors tend to close on their own, please arrange for door stoppers in advance.
Human-Free Zone
- Virtual tours are most effective when the focus remains on the space itself.
- Please schedule the shoot at a time the property is unoccupied.
- Preferably choose holidays, early mornings, or hours with minimal human traffic.
- Staff, clients, or visitors should not be present in the areas being captured.
Remove Unwanted Signage or Sensitive Items
- If there are signs, personal notes, pricing boards, or confidential content in view, kindly remove them before the shoot.
- This prevents post-production editing delays or accidental exposure of private information.
Accessibility to All Areas
- Unlock all doors to rooms, terraces, basements, rooftops, or utility areas that are to be included.
- Notify security or building management in advance so the crew has full access without delays.
Additional Notes:
- If there are any sections under renovation or not ready for display, please inform us beforehand.
- If you’d like to feature branding elements (signage, logos, standards), kindly position them in advance.
- Our team will conduct a quick pre-shoot walkthrough to suggest any last-minute adjustments.
