Organisation & presentation
Arrange furniture, counters, shelves, menus, products, beds, classrooms, desks, or display zones exactly how customers should experience them online.
Virtual Tour Tech Rider
Use this checklist before our team arrives so the property looks polished, access is smooth, and your Google Street View or interactive virtual tour captures the best version of the location.
Before Capture Day
Small details become very visible in 360. Preparing the space before capture helps the final tour feel clean, intentional, and customer-ready.
Arrange furniture, counters, shelves, menus, products, beds, classrooms, desks, or display zones exactly how customers should experience them online.
Clean floors, windows, glass, mirrors, glossy surfaces, fixtures, washrooms, and high-touch areas. Dust, fingerprints, and smudges are easy to spot in 360.
Keep approved internal doors open and arrange keys, lift access, terrace access, basements, rooftops, utility rooms, and door stoppers before the shoot starts.
Schedule capture during holidays, early mornings, closed hours, or low-traffic windows so the focus stays on the property and privacy is easier to manage.
Remove private documents, screens, staff notes, pricing boards, personal items, temporary signage, or any information you do not want visible online.
Position logos, signage, awards, best-selling products, menus, amenities, safety standards, or hero areas so they appear naturally in the walkthrough.
Shoot Flow
We do a quick walkthrough before capture, but the best results happen when access, styling, and privacy are already planned.
Share which rooms, floors, entrances, amenities, display zones, outdoor areas, and restricted spaces should be included or avoided.
Think through the journey a visitor should take: entrance, reception, main spaces, highlights, private rooms, amenities, and final enquiry points.
Pause deliveries, cleaning activity, maintenance, staff movement, and customer traffic during key capture windows wherever possible.
After processing, we review the route, quality, and any blur or removal requests before the final Google-ready or interactive tour delivery.
Service Requirements
Keep the property clean, open, well lit, and focused on the space. This format is designed for Google Search and Maps visibility.
View Google Street View >Prepare brand assets, menus, booking links, PDFs, videos, hotspot content, gallery images, music, and domain links if the tour will be embedded.
View Interactive Tours >Restaurants, showrooms, clinics, schools, hotels, and venues should prepare hero zones, safety details, customer routes, and enquiry points.
View Industries >What to Avoid
Before the shoot, remove temporary clutter, unapproved posters, confidential papers, messy cables, personal belongings, open laptops, unfinished repairs, visible dust, staff bags, and any area that does not represent the brand well.
If a section is under renovation, not approved, or should remain private, tell us before capture begins so we can plan the route correctly.
FAQs
These answers help location owners prepare without overthinking the shoot.
View all FAQs >We recommend keeping the space free of identifiable people. The tour should highlight the property, so choose a time with minimum visitor or staff movement.
Approved rooms and connected areas should stay open so the walkthrough feels natural. If a door closes by itself, arrange a door stopper before the shoot.
It is better to remove sensitive material before capture. Some items can be blurred, but pre-shoot preparation keeps delivery cleaner and faster.
Tell us before the shoot. We can avoid that section, plan a separate capture, or include it later when it is ready for customers to see.
Share your location, preferred timing, and tour goal. We will help you prepare the space and plan the right capture route.
